Atazanavir Amine Analog (USP) is chemically Methyl [(S)-1-{[(2S,3S)-4-{2-[(S)-2-amino-3,3-dimethylbutanoyl]-1-[4-(pyridin-2-yl)benzyl]hydrazineyl}-3-hydroxy-1-phenylbutan-2-yl]amino}-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl]carbamate (as per USP). It is also known as Atazanavir N2-Descarboxymethyl . Atazanavir Amine Analog (USP) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Atazanavir Amine Analog (USP) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Atazanavir.
