Atazanavir Impurity 16 is chemically (5S,10S,11S,14S)-11-benzyl-5,14-di-tert-butyl-3,6,13,16-tetraoxo-8-(4-(pyridin-2-yl)benzyl)-2,17-dioxa-4,7,8,12,15-pentaazaoctadecan-10-yl (S)-2-((methoxycarbonyl)amino)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate. It is also known as Atazanavir Trimoc Impurity. Atazanavir Impurity 16 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Atazanavir Impurity 16 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Atazanavir.
