Almotriptan EP Impurity C (Malate salt) is chemically [3-[2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl]-5-[(pyrrolidine-1-sulfonyl)methyl]-1H-indol-1-yl]methanol 2-hydroxysuccinate (as per EP). It is also known as N-Hydroxymethyl Almotriptan. Almotriptan EP Impurity C (Malate salt) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
