Desfluoro Nebivolol (SSRR and RRSS) is chemically (R)-1-((R)-Chroman-2-yl)-2-(((S)-2-((S)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethyl)amino)ethan-1-ol compound with (S)-1-((S)-chroman-2-yl)-2-(((R)-2-((R)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethyl)amino)ethan-1-ol (1:1). It is also known as Desfluoro Nebivolol (Mixture of Diastereomers). Desfluoro Nebivolol (SSRR and RRSS) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Desfluoro Nebivolol (SSRR and RRSS) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Nebivolol.
