Cefalotin EP Impurity B is chemically (6R,7R)-3-(Hydroxymethyl)-8-oxo-7-[(thiophen-2-ylacetyl)amino]-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP). It is also known as Deacetyl Cefalotin (EP). Cefalotin EP Impurity B is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cefalotin EP Impurity B can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cefalotin.
