Atazanavir Impurity 10 is chemically Tert-butyl 2-((2S,3R)-3-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyl)-2-(4-(pyridin-2-yl)benzyl)hydrazine-1-carboxylate. It is also known as Atazanavir 4S,5R-Diasteroisomer of DIBOC. Atazanavir Impurity 10 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Atazanavir Impurity 10 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Atazanavir.
