Methotrexate N-Desmethyl Impurity is chemically 4-(((2-amino-4-hydroxypteridin-6-yl)methyl)amino)benzoic acid, 4-[[(2-Amino-4-hydroxypteridin-6-yl)methyl]amino]benzoic acid hydrate. It is also known as N-Desmethyl Impurity. Methotrexate N-Desmethyl Impurity is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
