Fosaprepitant Enantiomer is chemically (3-(((2S,3R)-2-((S)-1-(3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethoxy)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)morpholino)methyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)phosphonic acid. Fosaprepitant Enantiomer is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Fosaprepitant Enantiomer can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Fosaprepitant.
