Losartan EP Impurity C is chemically 2-Butyl-5-chloro-1-[[2′-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)biphenyl-4-yl]methyl]-1H-imidazol-4-yl]methanol (as per EP). It is also known as Isolosartan ; Losartan 5-Chloro Isomer . Losartan EP Impurity C is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Losartan EP Impurity C can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Losartan.
