Lopinavir EP Impurity E is chemically N-[(1S,2S,4S)-4-amino-1-benzyl-2-hydroxy-5-phenylpentyl]-2-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)acetamide (as per EP); N-[(2S,3S,5S)-5-Amino-3-hydroxy-1,6-diphenylhexan-2-yl]-2-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)acetamide (as per USP). It is also known as Lopinavir Phenoxyacetamide (USP) . Lopinavir EP Impurity E is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Lopinavir EP Impurity E can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Lopinavir.
