Lopinavir EP Impurity C is chemically (2R)-N-[(1S,2S,4S)-1-Benzyl-2-hydroxy-4-[[(2S)-3-methyl2-[2-oxotetrahydro pyrimidin-1(2H)-yl]butanoyl]amino]5-phenylpentyl]-3-methyl-2-[2-oxotetra hydropyrimidin1(2H)-yl]butanamide (as per EP); (2S,2′S)-N,N′-[(2S,3S,5S)-3-Hydroxy-1,6-diphenylhexane-2,5-diyl]bis{3-methyl-2-[2-oxotetrahydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl]butanamide} (as per USP). It is also known as Lopinavir Divalinate (USP). Lopinavir EP Impurity C is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Lopinavir EP Impurity C can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Lopinavir.
