Ezetimibe (3R,4R,3'S)-Isomer is chemically (3R,4R)-1-(4-Fluorophenyl)-3-((S)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-hydroxypropyl)-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)azetidin-2-one. It is also known as (3’S,3R,4R)-Ezetimibe. Ezetimibe (3R,4R,3'S)-Isomer is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ezetimibe (3R,4R,3'S)-Isomer can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ezetimibe.
