N-Nitroso Nortriptyline (USP) is chemically N-(3-(10,11-Dihydro-5H-dibenzo[a,d][7]annulen-5-ylidene)propyl)-N-methylnitrous amide (as per EP). It is also known as N-Nitroso N-Desmethyl Amitriptyline ; N-Nitroso Amitriptyline EP Impurity C. N-Nitroso Nortriptyline (USP) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. N-Nitroso Nortriptyline (USP) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Nortriptyline.
