N-Desmethyl Binimetinib is chemically 5-((4-Bromo-2-fluorophenyl)amino)-4-fluoro-N-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-6-carboxamide. N-Desmethyl Binimetinib is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. N-Desmethyl Binimetinib can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Binimetinib.
