7-Demethyl Ivabradine (HCl salt) is chemically (S)-3-(3-(((3,4-Dimethoxybicyclo[4.2.0]octa-1(6),2,4-trien-7-yl)methyl)(methyl)amino)propyl)-7-hydroxy-8-methoxy-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-benzo[d]azepin-2-one hydrochloride. 7-Demethyl Ivabradine (HCl salt) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 7-Demethyl Ivabradine (HCl salt) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ivabradine.
