Fosaprepitant Impurity 1 is chemically (3-(((2S,3R)-2-((R)-1-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethoxy)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)morpholino)methyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)phosphonic acid. Fosaprepitant Impurity 1 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Fosaprepitant Impurity 1 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Fosaprepitant.
