Delafloxacin Meglumine is chemically (2R,3R,4R,5S)-6-(Methylamino)hexane-1,2,3,4,5-pentaol 1-(6-amino-3,5-difluoropyridin-2-yl)-8-chloro-6-fluoro-7-(3-hydroxyazetidin-1-yl)-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylate. It is also known as Baxdela ; Delafloxacinum. Delafloxacin Meglumine is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Delafloxacin Meglumine can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Delafloxacin.
