Colchicine EP Impurity F is chemically N-[(7S,12aM)-10-Hydroxy-1,2,3-trimethoxy-9-oxo-5,6,7,9-tetrahydrobenzo[a]heptalen-7-yl]acetamide (as per EP). It is also known as Colchiceine ; 10-O-Demethylcolchicine. Colchicine EP Impurity F is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
