Cloxacillin EP Impurity E is chemically (2S,5R,6R)-6-[[[(2S,5R,6R)-6-[[[3-(2-Chlorophenyl)-5-methyl-1,2-oxazol-4-yl]carbonyl]amino]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-yl]carbonyl]amino]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid. It is also known as 6-APA Cloxacillin Amide. Cloxacillin EP Impurity E is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cloxacillin EP Impurity E can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cloxacillin.
