Ceftriaxone EP Impurity C is chemically 2-Methyl-3-sulfanyl-1,2-dihydro-1,2,4-triazine-5,6-dione (as per EP) ; 3-Mercapto-2-methyl-1,2-dihydro-1,2,4-triazine-5,6-dione (as per USP). It is also known as Ceftriaxone Triazine Analog (USP) ; Thiotriazinone. Ceftriaxone EP Impurity C is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ceftriaxone EP Impurity C can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ceftriaxone.
