Cefotaxime EP Impurity F is chemically (6R,7R)-3-[(Acetyloxy)methyl]-7-[[(2Z)-2-[2-[[[(6R,7R)-7-[[(2Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetyl]amino]-2-carboxy-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-en-2-yl]methyl]amino]thiazol-4-yl]-2-(methoxyimino)acetyl]amino]-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP). It is also known as Cefotaxime Dimer (EP). Cefotaxime EP Impurity F is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cefotaxime EP Impurity F can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cefotaxime Sodium.
