Cefoperazone EP Impurity F is chemically (6R,7S)-7-[[(2R)-2-[[(4-Ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine-1-yl)carbonyl]amino]-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetyl]amino]-3-[[(1methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)sulfanyl]methyl]-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP). It is also known as Cefoperazone 7-Epimer. Cefoperazone EP Impurity F is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cefoperazone EP Impurity F can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cefoperazone.
