Buspirone EP Impurity D is chemically 2,2′-[Oxybis[butane-1,4-diyl(piperazine-1,4-diyl)]]dipyrimidine (as per EP) ; Bis{4-[1-(pyrimidine-2-yl)piperazine-4-yl]butane-1-yl} ether (as per USP). It is also known as Buspirone Bispyrimidinylpiperazinylbutyl Ether Impurity (USP). Buspirone EP Impurity D is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Buspirone EP Impurity D can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Buspirone .
