Tretinoin is chemically (2E,4E,6E,8E)-3,7-Dimethyl-9-(2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-1-enyl)nona-2,4,6,8-tetraenoic acid (as per EP). It is also known as Retinoic acid ; all-trans-Retinoic Acid. Tretinoin is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tretinoin can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tretinoin.
