Tigecycline EP Impurity D is chemically (7S,8R)-3-[2-(tert-butylamino)acetamido]-7-[[4-carbamoyl-2-(dimethylamino)-3,5,6-trihydroxyphenyl]methyl]-6-carboxy-5,8-dihydroxy-N,N-dimethyl-4-oxo-7,8-dihydronaphthalen-1(4H)-iminium (as per EP). It is also known as Tigecycline open ring. Tigecycline EP Impurity D is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tigecycline EP Impurity D can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tigecycline.
