Teneligliptin R-Isomer (HBr salt) is chemically [(2R,4R)-4-[4-(3-Methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1-piperazinyl]-2-pyrrolidinyl]-3-thiazolidinylmethanone hydrobromide. It is also known as Teneligliptin (2R,4R)-Isomer. Teneligliptin R-Isomer (HBr salt) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Teneligliptin R-Isomer (HBr salt) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Teneligliptin.
