Tamsulosin EP Impurity C (HCl salt) is chemically 2-Methoxy-5-[(2R)-2-[(2-phenoxyethyl)amino]propyl]benzenesulfonamide hydrochloride (as per EP) ; 2-methoxy-5-[(2R)-2-[(2-phenoxyethyl)amino]propyl] benzenesulfonamide hydrochloride (as per USP). It is also known as Tamsulosin Desethoxy Impurity (USP). Tamsulosin EP Impurity C (HCl salt) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tamsulosin EP Impurity C (HCl salt) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tamsulosin.
