Sitagliptin EP Impurity B is chemically (R)-3-Amino-4-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazin-7(8H)-yl)butan-1-one. It is also known as Sitagliptin 4-Desfluoro Impurity ; 2,5-Difluoro Sitagliptin (USP). Sitagliptin EP Impurity B is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Sitagliptin EP Impurity B can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Sitagliptin.
