Rivaroxaban EP Impurity A is chemically 5-chloro-N-[[(5R)-2-oxo-3-[4-(3-oxomorpholin-4-yl)phenyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-5-yl]methyl]thiophene-2-carboxamide (as per EP); (R)-5-Chloro-N-({2-oxo-3-[4-(3-oxomorpholino)phenyl]oxazolidin-5-yl}methyl)thiophene-2-carboxamide (as per USP). It is also known as Rivaroxaban R-enantiomer . Rivaroxaban EP Impurity A is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
