Ritonavir 4R Epimer is chemically (S)-N-((2S,4R,5S)-5-(2-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)acetamido)-4-hydroxy-1,6-diphenylhexan-2-yl)-3-methyl-2-(2-oxotetrahydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl)butanamide. It is also known as Lopinavir 4R-Epimer. Ritonavir 4R Epimer is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ritonavir 4R Epimer can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ritonavir.
