Ribociclib pyridine N-oxide is chemically 2-((7-Cyclopentyl-6-(dimethylcarbamoyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)-5-(piperazin-1-yl)pyridine 1-oxide hydrochloride. Ribociclib pyridine N-oxide is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ribociclib pyridine N-oxide can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ribociclib.
