Raltegravir EP Impurity D is chemically [[2-[4-[[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]carbamoyl]-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl]propan-2-yl]amino]oxoacetic acid (as per EP) . It is also known as Raltegravir Oxalyl Analog. Raltegravir EP Impurity D is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Raltegravir EP Impurity D can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Raltegravir.
