16Alpha-Hydroxy-11-keto Prednisolone is chemically (8S,9S,10R,13S,14S,16R,17S)-16,17-dihydroxy-17-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-10,13-dimethyl-7,8,9,10,12,13,14,15,16,17-decahydro-3H-cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-3,11(6H)-dione (as per USP). It is also known as 11-Ketone-16-alphahydroxy prednisolone. 16Alpha-Hydroxy-11-keto Prednisolone is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 16Alpha-Hydroxy-11-keto Prednisolone can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Prednisolone.
