Pemetrexed EP Impurity E is chemically (2R)-2-[4-[2-(2-Amino-4-oxo-4,7-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)ethyl]benzamido]pentanedioic acid (as per EP). It is also known as Pemetrexed R-Isomer. Pemetrexed EP Impurity E is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Pemetrexed EP Impurity E can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Pemetrexed.
