Olanzapine is chemically 2-Methyl-4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-10H-thieno[2,3-b][1,5]benzodiazepine (as per EP); 2-Methyl-4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-10H-thieno[2,3-b][1,5] benzodiazepine (as per USP). Olanzapine is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Olanzapine can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Olanzapine.
