Moxifloxacin EP Impurity E is chemically 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-8-hydroxy-7-[(4aS,7aS)-octahydro-6H-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyridin-6-yl]-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid. It is also known as Moxifloxacin O-Desmethyl Analog ; 8-Hydroxy Moxifloxacin (USP). Moxifloxacin EP Impurity E is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Moxifloxacin EP Impurity E can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Moxifloxacin.
