Methylprednisolone Impurity 18 is chemically 4-(2-((8S,9S,10R,11S,13S,14S,17R)-17-hydroxy-10,11,13-trimethyl-3-oxo-2,3,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17-tetradecahydro-1H-cyclopenta[a]phenanthren-17-yl)-2-oxoethoxy)-4-oxobutanoic acid.
