Methotrexate EP Impurity F is chemically (2R)-2-[[4-[[(2,4-diaminopteridin-6-yl)methyl]methylamino]benzoyl]amino]pentanedioic acid (as per EP) ; (R)-2-(4-{[(2,4-Diaminopteridin-6-yl)methyl](methyl)amino}benzamido)pentanedioic acid (as per USP). It is also known as (R)-methotrexate (EP & USP) ; Earlier CAT No = SZ-M019017. Methotrexate EP Impurity F is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
