Ketoconazole EP Impurity D is chemically 1-[4-[[(2RS,4SR)-2-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-2-[(1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]methoxy]phenyl]piperazine (as per EP). It is also known as N-Desacetyl Ketoconazole. Ketoconazole EP Impurity D is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ketoconazole EP Impurity D can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ketoconazole.
