8-Demethyl Ivabradine is chemically (S)-3-(3-(((3,4-Dimethoxybicyclo[4.2.0]octa-1(6),2,4-trien-7-yl)methyl)(methyl)amino)propyl)-8-hydroxy-7-methoxy-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-benzo[d]azepin-2-one. 8-Demethyl Ivabradine is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 8-Demethyl Ivabradine can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ivabradine.
