Hydrocortisone 17-21 Orthoester is chemically (8S,9S,10R,11S,13S,14S,17R)-11-hydroxy-2'-methoxy-10,13-dimethyl-2'-propyl-1,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16-dodecahydrospiro[cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-17,4'-[1,3]dioxane]-3,5'(2H)-dione. It is also known as Hydrocortisone 17,21-Methyl Orthobutyrate. Hydrocortisone 17-21 Orthoester is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Hydrocortisone 17-21 Orthoester can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Hydrocortisone.
