Glycopyrrolate is chemically 3-[(2-Cyclopentyl-2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetyl)oxy]-1,1-dimethylpyrrolidinium 3-Hydroxy-1,1-dimethylpyrrolidinium Bromide α-Cyclopentylmandelate. It is also known as Glycopyrronium Bromide EP Impurity N. Glycopyrrolate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Glycopyrrolate can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Glycopyrrolate.
