Fosinopril EP Impurity D is chemically (2S,4R)-4-cyclohexyl-1-[[(R)-[(1S)-2-methyl-1-(propanoyloxy)propoxy](4-phenylbutyl)phosphoryl]acetyl]pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP) ; (4R)-4-cyclohexyl-1-[(R)-[(S)-1-hydroxy-2-methylpropoxy](4-phenylbutyl)phosphinyl]acetyl-L-proline propionate (ester) (as per USP). It is also known as Fosinopril USP Related Compound D. Fosinopril EP Impurity D is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
