Etodolac is chemically [(1RS)-1,8-Diethyl-1,3,4,9-tetrahydropyrano[3,4-b]indol-1-yl]acetic acid (as per EP); (±)-1,8-Diethyl-1,3,4,9-tetrahydropyrano [3,4-b]indole-1-acetic acid (as per USP). It is also known as (RS)-Etodolic acid. Etodolac is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Etodolac can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Etodolac.
