(1R)-1,5-Dihydroxyempagliflozin is chemically (1R,2S,3R,4R,5R)-1-(4-chloro-3-(4-(((S)-tetrahydrofuran-3-yl)oxy)benzyl)phenyl)hexane-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexaol. It is also known as Empagliflozin Alpha Isomer. (1R)-1,5-Dihydroxyempagliflozin is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
