Elvitegravir Impurity K

Elvitegravir Impurity K is chemically (S)-Tert-butyl 6-(3-chloro-2-fluorobenzyl)-1-(1-hydroxy-3- methylbutan-2-yl)-7-methoxy-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylate. It is also known as Elvitegravir T-Butyl Ester Impurity. Elvitegravir Impurity K is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Elvitegravir Impurity K can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Elvitegravir.
