Eletriptan Impurity 1 is chemically 3-(((R)-1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl)-1-((R)-1-(3-(((R)-1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl)-1H-indol-5-yl)-2-(phenylsulfonyl)ethyl)-5-(2-(phenylsulfonyl)ethyl)-1H-indole compound with 3-(((R)-1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl)-1-((S)-1-(3-(((R)-1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl)-1H-indol-5-yl)-2-(phenylsulfonyl)ethyl)-5-(2-(phenylsulfonyl)ethyl)-1H-indole (1:1). Eletriptan Impurity 1 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
