(E)-Sunitinib is chemically (E)-N-(2-(diethylamino)ethyl)-5-((5-fluoro-2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)methyl)-2,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamide. It is also known as Trans-Sunitinib. (E)-Sunitinib is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. (E)-Sunitinib can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Sunitinib .
