Dutasteride D3 is chemically (4aR,4bS,6aS,7S,9aS,9bS,11aR)-N-(2,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl-3,4,6-d3)-4a,6a-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,4a,4b,5,6,6a,7,8,9,9a,9b,10,11,11a-tetradecahydro-1H-indeno[5,4-f]quinoline-7-carboxamide. Dutasteride D3 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Dutasteride D3 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Dutasteride.
