Dihydrodesonide is chemically (6aR,6bS,7S,8aS,8bS,11aR,12aS,12bS)-7-Hydroxy-8b-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-6a,8a,10,10-tetramethyl-1,2,5,6,6a,6b,7,8,8a,8b,11a,12,12a,12btetradecahydro-4H-naphtho[2',1':4,5]indeno[1,2-d][1,3]dioxol-4-one;. It is also known as Desonide 1,2-Dihydro Analog. Dihydrodesonide is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Dihydrodesonide can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Desonide.
